la vérité is getting stronger again and it feels pretty cool to be behind a drum set again. it feels residual, which it sort of is. derek is really fitting well and it's ridiculous how well we all get along. hopefully within the next few weeks we can be completely solid performance-wise on the current catalogue of material and can continue writing the new album of songs. cool.

8 weeks into a 16 week semester. half way feels like three quarters of the way and that fucking sucks. i am going to go home to sleep, play music, and see my people for 9 days and we will see where i stand after that.

small personal victory #1: someone referred to my facial hair as a "beard" today. welcome to manhood, adam!
