i turned 19 but i still feel 18. i guess there isn't a huge difference except that i cut all of my hair off. la vérité played a house show over the weekend and it was real fun. playing houses is something that we've only done a handful of times, but, they tend to be my favorite shows. there's not a more intimate setting. it's so funny to play dramatic instrumental music at a party because no one really knows how to react. a cool group of friends at the 155 were super responsive and it really made the show. the promo machine for our next grog shop show is starting to move [if you want a ticket...] and the 28th should be considerably intense.

off subject, the single most influential musical act from my childhood and a large portion of my teenage years, blink182, reunited, and that sparked a whole lot of nostalgia. kind of wild.

my room mate is fucking loud.
